Mana Oori Paandavulu had 5 or 6 direct 100 days films. 

Some how, I cannot include Krishnam Raju among top heros because he never had, at least, one film in his entire career which had 10 direct 100 days centers (Bobbili Brahmanna 9 centers direct 100 days centers) and also his strong period is short-lived (less than a decade) though on a very high note. 

Also, Bapu's biggest hit is Mutyala Muggu with 16 direct 100 days centers. That is the reason I included the word top heros.
